Briefing
For Swift, the mission was to renew its identity, educate the consumer and break public prejudice against frozen meat. Using exclusive freezing technology, the brand now delivered more quality and sustainability to the table. A new design was needed to bring this innovation to consumers.

Strategy
Inspired by the communication of traditional neighborhood butchers, we created the concept “the store that speaks”, delivering Swift's innovations with a closer and more familiar approach. We redesigned the brand, packaging and consumer experience in our own stores and in retail, promoting new purchase flows and more attractive merchandising.

Result
Swift has become a more accessible, reliable and recognized brand, revolutionized the frozen meat market and managed to create for the consumer a unique experience of variety and quality, capable of transforming their buying habits. More than 100 store projects were developed, responsible for a record increase in the growth of the company's sales.
